As Congress returned to session in Washington, D.C., this week, advocates across the country have been raising their voices urging the House to bring up three critical bipartisan bills for a vote: the NAPA Reauthorization Act, the Alzheimer’s Accountability and Investment Act, and the BOLD Reauthorization Act.

Together, these bills will reauthorize landmark pieces of legislation that have changed the way our nation addresses Alzheimer’s and other dementia. The time is now, as the original National Alzheimer’s Project Act (NAPA), Alzheimer’s Accountability Act, and Building Our Largest Dementia (BOLD) Infrastructure for Alzheimer’s Act are all set to expire soon.

Over the last decade, our nation has made great progress in the fight against Alzheimer’s and other dementia. But more work remains.

Earlier this summer, both the NAPA Reauthorization Act and the Alzheimer’s Accountability and Investment Act unanimously passed in the U.S. Senate. Now it is time for the House to pass them. Send a message to your U.S. Representative today!
