Dr. Javanmardian is a recognized thought leader and executive counsel within payor and provider sectors. She has served many CEOs and C-Suite executives, and Board of Directors with the Blue Cross plans as well as healthcare providers.
Her focus is on strategy development and the resulting capability systems to ensure successful execution of strategy. Engagements result in changing client business and operating models as they prepare for major changes in the industry. Those include consumer focused health and wellness models; and delivering affordable quality care. New models include bundled care and payment and population health management.
She has mentored several professional staff to partnership many of whom are now successful consultants or leaders in the industry.
She lives in Florida with her husband of 36 years and enjoys spending her free time with her family. Dr. Javanmardian has served on the Alzheimer’s Association Board of Directors since 2017 and in October 2024 she was elected as Board Chair. Dr. Javanmardian has been a contributor to the work of the Alzheimer’s Impact Movement (AIM) and in 2019, she became an AIM Leadership Society member, and in 2022, Dr. Javanmardian chaired the AIM Advocacy Forum.
