Hector Montesino

Hector Montesino is a seasoned health care professional with a focus on older adults. In 2018, he launched Embrace Home Care and Health Services, a Massachusetts-based home health care company, serving more than 200 clients annually. Prior to opening his own company, Mr. Montesino was the executive director of Peace of Mind Home Health Care in Boston and the executive director of the New England Deaconess Association Home and Community Based program.
Born in the Dominican Republic, Mr. Montesino’s abuela, Ana Maria Espinal, is the driving force behind his passion in the fight to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia. He has been a volunteer advocate with the Alzheimer’s Association for nearly a decade, a member of the AIM Leadership Society and dedicated volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association of Massachusetts/New Hampshire. Since his appointment in 2018 by Gov. Charlie Baker, Mr. Montesino serves on the Advisory Board for the State of Massachusetts on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias.
