Vice President, Advocacy

Beth McMullen brings over 25 years of political, policy and grassroots advocacy experience to her role as the vice president of advocacy for the Alzheimer’s Association and the Alzheimer’s Impact Movement (AIM). In this role, Beth manages the Association’s grassroots campaigns and leads a team to oversee the advocate volunteer programs.

 

Prior to this position, she managed state government affairs and advocacy in Minnesota and North Dakota for the Alzheimer’s Association as the head of policy and advocacy for the Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter. Before joining the Alzheimer’s Association and AIM, Beth managed health policy development and legislative affairs for the Minnesota Business Partnership. Her professional background also includes her work as the grassroots organizer for Associated Builders & Contractors of Wisconsin and an associate director of government relations for Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce. 

 

Additionally, Beth has served on a number of boards and commissions, including the North Dakota Alzheimer’s State Plan Steering Committee. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
